Make a Joyful Noise unto the Lord

Make a joyful noise unto the Lord, all ye lands.  Serve the Lord with gladness, come before his presence with singing.  Know ye that the Lord he is God; it is he that hath made us, and not ourselves; we are his people, and the sheep of his pasture.  Enter into his gates with thanksgiving, and into his courts with praise; be thankful unto him, and bless his name.  For the Lord is good; his mercy is everlasting; and his truth endureth to all generations.

Psalm 100 will always hold a special place in my heart.  My mother would quote it to me often.  First as a plea that a triple rectifier turned to eleven was NOT in fact a joyful noise, and later through a shared testimony that Gods music is triumphant.  She read it to me when i wanted to join the school band, and when i started recording my own music. She read it to me when i decided i wanted to build guitars.  She read it to when i wanted to get into audio production.  She read it to me when i was low and needed a reminder.  Then in July of 2011, i read it to her at her funeral.  The testimonies and stories i have  around her and this scripture i will cherish always but i wish i had done more.  My mother had so many amazing testimonies, some she wrote down and some i will always remember. Many more are forgotten.  The blessings great and the covenants held, but the memories lost and scattered as the tribes of Israel.  It is for this reason as well as many many others that i want to create this archive of recorded testimonies.  Spoken by the people whose lives God has touched and placed here for all to listen and find strength and joy.  Over the coming months i will be uploading testimonies as i record them.  If you would be interested in having your testimonies recorded for this archive please contact me and we will set something up.
